Event Details

Hatred, Peace and Power

Four Saturday morning sessions.
Event will be recorded, making it possible to receive the teaching even if you can not attend the live session.

The Spiritual Traditions of humanity are replete with stories of ordinary human beings who descended into the Underworld, faced their demons, and re-emerged as wise heroes and heroines.

These timeless stories speak of the time-tested process that all who wish to live worthwhile lives must undergo. As Socrates said: “The unexamined life is not worth living.”

In this four-part series we will explore the specific demon of Hatred. We’ll delve into the very nature of hatred and find what hidden treasures lie within this dark, tarry pit that is within each human soul.

Course Highlights

  • Explore the complex emotion of Hatred in our unique 4-part series
  • Uncover the hidden treasures within the dark recesses of your soul
  • Discover how hatred can turn into inner peace and power
  • Find out how peace and power are integral parts of your true nature
  • Guided by Diamond Approach teacher, Andreas Mouskos

This special mini-retreat uses an experiential approach that includes a teacher talk and spiritual practices such as open-end inquiry, meditation and awareness practices.

Teaching sessions generally start with a meditation practice followed by a specific teaching related to the theme of the retreat. You will have the opportunity to deepen your personal exploration through experiential exercises, usually in pairs or triads and sometimes in a small group, before re-joining the large group to process what has emerged in response to the teaching.
