Desiring awareness
 without judgement?

“If you are really interested in being yourself, that interest begins with the awareness of where you are at this very moment. Being who you are can only arise from the love of being where you are.”

A.H. ALMAAS (Hameed Ali) - Co-Founder of the Diamond Approach

The keys to self-understanding and deep contentment are right here before us in every moment – if we can simply learn to live with open awareness. Being inquisitive and curious helps us access the totality of our experience; especially if we cultivate an attitude with no intention to alter, improve, compare or judge our experience.

With awareness, there is the possibility of understanding and seeing the truth of your deepest and truest self.

As your awareness is freed more and more from your barriers to seeing, your powers of observation expand, and the material for understanding yourself becomes more available.

Curiosity is your joyful guide along the way

Awareness practices are central to the methodology of the Diamond Approach. These practices help you walk your inner path of self-discovery and encounter many surprising and transforming revelations along the way.

Curiosity brings in a light-hearted playfulness, an ease and a flow, a purposeless engagement in life. This playful quality invites a sense of adventure and experimentation in the process of exploring and discovering whatever is presented to you.

Developing transformative mindful awareness

When you love somebody, you want to find out everything about them, don’t you? When you love something, what do you want to do with it? You want to know it. Love always translates into awareness, into knowing.
A.H. ALMAAS (Hameed Ali) - Co-Founder of the Diamond Approach

Awareness practices on this path, like the Sensing, Looking and Listening practice, invite a deeper and more immediate contact with your direct experience. As you relax into your embodied experience without judgement or expectation, you become more present to your inner world.

Along with verbal exploration, we use movement practices and breath work to engage the wisdom of the body in embodied inquiry processes.

Using these methods our path guides you to inner realisation and self-awareness. It is a rich and multifaceted process of unfolding discovery and embodiment.
