We often hear the spiritual journey or inner work being described as the Search for Truth. Or, people might say – “I just want to know the Truth, I am a seeker”.

What do we really mean when we say this? And, if we really want the Truth so much, why can it be so hard to find? Why does looking for Truth so often feel like a challenge ….. or a dare ….?

And, when you think about it, how do you know when you have found ‘truth’ anyway?
