Awakening to Presence – We all know times when we feel aware, awake, alive, alert. Perhaps it’s the scent of a pink rose that captivates us, or a vast, night sky that stills our mind. Perhaps it’s the miracle of birth or the grave solemnity of death. It may be in a situation of danger that demands our undivided attention, strength and capacity.

At these times of heightened Presence, we wake up to the immediacy of the moment. We might notice the contrast with our usual, every day self, that often feels like we’re running on auto pilot, and wonder what happened to our aliveness and immediacy.

In this webinar we will explore what it means to reawaken to Presence, not just as a fleeting experience, but as the abiding ground, and a guiding principle in our life.
