Diving in the Inner Ocean is a book that examines the practice of diamond inquiry as taught by the Diamond Approach.
It combines principles of meditation with a deep dive into one’s every day immediate personal experience.
This practice allows us to connect with the deeper spiritual meaning of our present experience. It is a journey in which the goal is not to attain a particular state, but rather to engage one’s personal journey.
